The students can learn the piping installation, electrical wiring, working conditions commissioning, fault diagnosis and maintenance of comprehensive ability of the air conditioners and refrigerators system.It covers the training of refrigeration installation, wiring, pressure, vacuum, charging refrigerants and run the debugger and so on.

Basic experiments

1Air conditioning system

1.1 Piping design

      Include pipeline distance determination, cutting pipe, elbow, pipe expansion, pipe welding, etc.

1.2 System assembly

  Assemble the pipeline to a reasonable position and conduct the air conditioning system pressure and leak detection

1.3 System wiring

  Confirm the winding of air conditioning compressor and connect the pipelines of the air conditioning system.

       1.4 System debugging

  Conduct the vacuum pumping, charging refrigerant, electrical commissioning, air conditioning system operation conditions adjusting.

     

          2.Refrigerator system

          1.1 Piping design
