Compared with mechanical excavators, hydraulic excavators have the advantages of small size, light weight, flexible operation, strong digging force, easy for overload protection and long-distance operation etc.

  2) Rotating operation, the moveable arm raises and platform rotates at the same time;

  3) Unloading operation, bucket work with stick and at the same time the height of the arm can be adjusted;

  4) Hydraulic excavating machinery field simulated operation experiments.

  5) Return, platform rotation, movable arm work with stick and back to the original excavated position.

Main feature

1. The experimental bench is made of cold-rolled steel plate (sprayed and treated with

anti-corrosion treatment), bench-top structure, control operation etc.

2. The electrical operation control is under-mounted and the hydraulic station is placed in

main cabinet of the hydraulic platform. The whole structure is compact, coordinated, and the layout is beautiful and practical, available for 4-6 people for experiments.

 3. The excavation machinery is made by the physical structure and the reduced proportion,

which can truly reflect the actual working conditions of excavator mechanical structure, the

students can deeply understand structure and working principle of the parts in experiment.

4.The walking part adopts industrial rubber track and hydraulic rotating head, manual control

lever as control; the excavation work control is two-hand operation, which can simulate the realistic working process of real machine.

5.The experimental components are made of pressure resistant hose, the pressure up to

25 Mpa.

6.With three-phase leakage protection, the output voltage 380V/220V, power supply

disconnected when more than 30mA leakage happens;

electrical control uses DC 24V power supply with over-voltage protection, prevent the device damage by wrong operation.
