B. Experiment content

1. The structure, working principle and disassemble experiment of hydraulic transmission component parts

    1) Mapping and analysis of mechanical components

    2) Learning and analysis of the principle of hydraulic control system

2. Hydraulic loading machinery demonstration control experiment

   1) During loading operation, extend the rocker arm cylinder after loading the bucket to reverse the bucket and raise the moveable arm;

   2) Unloading operation, bucket dump (retracting rocker arm, turning the bucket), and lower the moveable arm.

3. Programmable logic controller (PLC) electrical control experiment: mechanical - electricity-liquid integrated control experiment.


Main feature

1. The experimental bench is made of cold-rolled steel plate (sprayed and anti-corrosion

treatment), bench-top structure, control operation etc.

2. The electrical operation control is under-mounted and the hydraulic station is placed in main

cabinet of the hydraulic platform. The whole structure is compact, coordinated, and the

Layout is practical, available for 4-6 people for experiments.

3.The whole metal structure of loader trainer is made by the physical structure and reduced proportion.

   During the experiment, the hydraulic system is started to simulate the operation of the excavator 

   according to experimental requirements.

7. With three-phase leakage protection, the output voltage 380V/220V, power supply

disconnected when more than 30mA leakage happens;

electrical control uses DC 24V power supply with over-voltage protection, prevent the device damage by wrong operation.
