B. Experimental content

1. The structure, working principle and disassemble experiment of hydraulic transmission

components.

1) Mapping and analysis of mechanical components

2) Learning and analysis of the principle of hydraulic control system

2. Container lifter demonstration control experiment

   1) Snatch work, grab beam are positioned according to the length of the container

   2) Lift work, main arm and extended arm integrated for work experiment;

   3) Rotate work, grab beam to lift and platform rotates; (with motor rotation platform)

   4) Return, platform rotation, main arm and extended arm work together to return initial position;

   5) Obstacle operation: when the main arm and the extended arm work together, when the servo cylinder at the top of 

       the extended arm or the four obstacle detection cylinders at the four corners of the grab beam touch an obstacle, 

       the main system will receive a stop or lower command (optional accessory).

3. Programmable logic controller (PLC) electrical control experiment: Machine-electricity-hydraulic integrated control experiment.


Main feature

1. The experimental bench is made of cold-rolled steel plate (sprayed and treated with anti-corrosion treatment). The bench-top structure control and operation are integrated.

2. The electrical operation control is under-mounted and the hydraulic station is placed in the main cabinet of the hydraulic platform. The overall structure is compact, coordinated, and the layout is practical, available for 4-6 people experiments.

3. The full-metal structure of the container lifter is reduced according to the proportion of the actual object. The hydraulic system is started during the experiment to simulate the operation of the machine according to the experimental requirements.

4. The container lifter is manufactured according to the physical structure and the reduced proportion, and can truly reflect the actual mechanical working conditions, so that the students can profoundly understand the structure and working principle of each part of the machine in the experiment.

5. Experimental control uses manual control and automatic control.

6. The experimental components use pressure resistant hose, the pressure up to 25Mpa.

7. With three-phase leakage protection, the output voltage 380V/220V, power supply disconnected when more than 30mA leakage happens; electrical control uses DC 24V power supply with over-voltage protection, prevent the device damage by wrong operation.
