Portal cranes are widely used in port loading and unloading, shipyard repairs, and steel companies, mainly composed of steel structures, lifting mechanisms, luffing mechanisms, rotating mechanisms, large vehicle driving mechanisms, hanging devices, electrical equipment and other necessary safety and auxiliary devices. Generally adopts rigid rack or rigid screw luffing mechanism with safe and reliable using state. The steel structure is simple, and it mainly consists of jibs, ergonomics, rotating platforms and gantry. Our company's port portal crane metal training model walking cart uses four independent, variable frequency motor traveling drive systems. The accessory inverter can work with PLC for program control operation or manual control operation.

Main feature 

1. Portal crane training model is made of full steel (sprayed and treated with anti-corrosion   

treatment). The training portal crane is separated from the control cabinet for easy operation.

2. The full-metal structure of the portal crane training platform is reduced according to the actual proportion. 

The training can be performed with the compound cooperating operation of lifting, luffing, rotating, walking and other actions,

 and it can also be operated independently, and available for repeated disassemble training. The students can deeply understand 

the structure and working principle of each part of the machine during practical training.

3. Walking motor adopts variable power distribution, the portal crane's walking speed, amplitude, rotation.   

And it can be regulated through the inverter. The lifting motor adopts DC speed-regulating motor, which can perform stepless speed

 regulation for the amplitude, rotation and lifting of the portal crane to complete the hoisting work with manual and PLC automatic control ways.

4. With three-phase leakage protection, the output voltage 380V/220V, power supply disconnected when more than 30mA leakage happens; 

    electrical control uses DC 24V power supply with over-voltage protection, prevent the device damage by wrong operation.
