Product description 

The transparent elevator of our company is based on the most common lifting elevator structure, made of steel pipe welding, coated with phosphating spray, with good structure rigidity. The main components of elevators are made of transparent organic materials (including: speed limiters, cabinets, floor doors and hall facades, cabinet doors, cabinets, machine room floor board, rail brackets, etc.) for easy teaching.

It contains below:

B. Cabinet, counterweight spring buffer device.

C. Door safety touch panel protection device.

D. Upper and lower limit switches.

E. Terminal ultimate switch safety protection system

F. Hall door automatic closing device.

1. Basic structure

Motor room: contains traction reducer, traction motor, brake, traction pulley, speed limiter, rotary encoder.

Well path: contains guide rail, counterweight mechanism, cabinet (door mechanism, safety plier, guide sheath, lighting, fan), floor door, floor call indicator controller, traction rope, guide wheel,  leveling sensor (count reset), upper (lower) limit switch, upper (lower) ultimate switch, cable, cabinet controller, buffer.

Electrical control unit: Contains power supply air switch ( leakage breaker), DC12V drive power supply, PLC programmable controller, wiring port circuit board, station arriving bell, inverter, alarm buzzer.
